Please refuse all physically damaged boxes from UPS and the US Postal Service, and notify the carrier of the damage immediately.
Please email for Return Authorization, before sending any returns back to us. All returns must be received in all original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be received within 7 days with a Return Authorization. In order to qualify for a refund, the products you return must be in original condition - undamaged/altered, uninstalled, and fully working.
All defective models may be returned for replacement of IDENTICAL model only. All defects are considered manufacturers defects and must be returned prepaid by the carrier of your choice. Shipping charges are non refundable, however, replacement shipments will be sent at no additional shipping cost.

(Out of stock) items ship as soon as the product is available. No additional shipping charges are required for backordered items
All products are inspected prior to shipment to insure they are in working condition.
We guarantee our workmanship 100% and offer a 15 day warranty on all hand-built products. We will repair or replace any defective product at no charge within 15 days of receipt.

All custom diecast cars or motorcycles orders require a 50% down. Customer may cancel within 3 days with a email request any cancellations on custom order there after is subject to 50% refund. For custom built Cars or Motorcycles please send an email to rclights@rcpolicelightbars.com with a complete detail on your custom unit, as in what type of car, (Motormax Or Welly) what body lights as in colors and size (5mmx2.8mm) (3mm) (5mm) or (1.8mm) for all Body Lights, traffic advisory, or roof light bar. All Items here are custom hand built its not something you buy off of a store shelf.

If you would like to order using a check, money order you may send an email request to rclights@rcpolicelightbars.com for an order form. Please be advised all checks and money orders have to clear before any products are shipped. (All International shipping, once the item leaves the US I have no way of tracking it. rc police light bars will not be responsible for any lost items from the the shipping carrier.) Thank You.
